the hotel’s soundproofing is an absolute disaster, i felt like i was in the next room with people! it’s a shame, because i almost gave a good review, but i really expected more special treatment here. it’s not that hard!

The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive.
The soundproofing in the hotel was terribly inadequate, and I could hear everything from the rooms next door, including late-night television. It was frustratingly challenging to get a good night's sleep, especially when I had early plans for hiking. Additionally, the bathroom was quite cramped, making it difficult to move around comfortably.

cozy living room, strong wifi, clean rooms
Soundproofing issues are a major drawback!!! I experienced noise from adjacent rooms late into the night!!! The ground floor rooms are cramped with no view!!! A bathroom renovation could definitely enhance the guest experience!!!

Couples looking for a cozy retreat
The view from our room was amazing,, overlooking the bay, lovely. The staff was so friendly and allowed us to have breakfast early because we had an early bus to catch. It really made a difference to start our day with a hot coffee in hand, overlooking that fine landscape.
It wasn’t exactly budget-friendly but still manageable for the experience.

The stunning view of the bay and mountains from the room was a highlight, and the seating area with glass walls offered a perfect spot to relax after a day of trekking. The staff's willingness to provide an early breakfast was greatly appreciated, ensuring a smooth departure for our early bus. However, the rooms were on the smaller side, and the breakfast options were quite basic and repetitive after two mornings. Central heating was effective, but it would have been nice to have more varied dining choices nearby.
